POSITIVE UNDERTAKINGS ENTREPRENEURS SHOULD GO THROUGH.

It is like a week now since I found a very book from college library, the book has something to do with leadership. This book titled “leaders for today hope for tomorrow” raised many things within me which has motivated me to write this article. Anthony A. D’souza , the author of this book had a purpose to say something on leadership but I found that it is not bad if we entrepreneurs learn something in connection to our field.

I discovered that this book was not only for leaders but also it can be helpful the entrepreneurial perspectives.

In my readings I came across different ideas which inspired me and made me to sit down and write this so as we can share some things which are so important in life. “As I remember that information cannot be information unless it is shared. So let us share this.

Note: I will take only few things from this book, I advise you to find this book and read it will help you much.

            Fr, Dr Anthony D,souza wrote the following, while explaining what the leader must do, but my aim is to make us use this ideas in our entrepreneurial environment. For entrepreneurs to be successful they must do the following.

1.      Develop positive self image

How you see yourself is very important. Everything you try to do or become is based on the image you have of yourself. The identification of self image is one of the most important discoveries in life.

2.      Take personal responsibility

“Man must accept responsibility for himself and the fact that only by using his own power, can he give meaning to his life”. Eric From in his book Man for himself

3.      Discover your life’s mission and Guiding Values

The greatest motivating force in the world is a sense of purpose and mission in life. A purpose to live for or a cause to die for enables people to reach levels of achievement and perform heroics that consider impossible.

4.      Develop Empowering Beliefs and Affirmation.

 Good entrepreneurs maintain positive beliefs and attitudes. This ability- even in the midst of setbacks and failures is a major key to their achievement and success in life. Your beliefs and attitude play determining roles in what you do and achieve in life.

5.      Develop positive assertiveness skills.

Developing assertiveness does not mean turning lambs into lions. It is a desirable human trait necessary for honest, healthy relationships. It is nothing more than honest, direct and respectful interaction with others.

            Assertiveness skills help you take charge of your situation and be more effective. But developing it takes more than learning to talk differently. It requires thinking assertively, feeling confidentially and acting positively.

6.      Enhance your influence strategy.

Given the many different sources of power within organizations, why do people feel relatively powerless? Power is the potential ability to influence.

            Influence is the use of interpersonal and social skills to cause others to willingly change their attitude towards events, people or decisions so your ideas can be implemented. In other words, entrepreneurs become truly powerful only when they develop the key skills involved in the process of influence.

7.      Thrive on pressure.

“People are disturbed not by things but by the view they take of things” wrote Epictetus

How much pressure you feel in a given circumstance depends on you and on how you perceive its demands, not the situation itself. You are likely to feel stressed when you perceive a mismatch between what you see as your competence to cope and what you see as the demands to the situation.

8.      Achieve optimum performance

You must learn to maximize your performance by rising to challenges, building self-confidence, developing commitment and maintaining control.  The way you react to challenges have important implications for your performance and the stress you experience. Your reactions depend upon two factors (i) your perception of your level of competence and (ii) your perception of the level of challenge in the situation.

I have found that these ideas can have the big contribution in our entrepreneurial pursuit.  What I truly believe is that everyone can learn having these behaviors which is very important to the today’s business world.

I advice you to find more and more knowledge about entrepreneurship because this study is very wide. Through that you will be able to do many things that you wish to have in your life.

I will always repeat to say “ you will remain the way you are unless for the people you meet and books you read” try to read as many books as you can. Also try to learn a lot from others you will be extraordinary person. Emmerson said Every person I meet is my superior in some ways and so I learn of him.

EXTRA ORDINARY BEHAVIORS ENTREPRENEURS SHOULD HAVE

In my entire readings about entrepreneurs I came to realize that there are extra ordinary characteristics entrepreneur have which differ from ordinary people

            For what I know entrepreneurs are extraordinary people and that’s why they are few and these few are those who spent their time learning what is necessary to be learnt by those who dream to be and those who are entrepreneurs.

            If you observe critically the perception and behaviors of entrepreneur you will agree with me that they have something different from other people.

            Don’t worry by thinking that may be these behaviors are inborn and that these people who have are just born lucky, the truth is they can be nurtured. Benjamin Disrael understood this and that’s why on one of his quotations said “nurture great thoughts for you will never go higher than your thought”  from this great thinker we can learn that great thoughts can be nurtured. Who still say it is not ?

            In my course of reading extracurricular books especially entrepreneurial books and inspirational books I tried to follow up many successful entrepreneurs, in terms of their history and their perception through following what they often speak and write, then I came to realize that many of them are or were extraordinary people.

            If you follow up many past great people in the history of the world you will realize that they were in most cases abnormal people I call them abnormal because they had some things which are more than a normal person can do.

            Many thing have been done by some people who had abnormal perception. I will give out few behavior which I believe will widen your thoughts.

           

Having daring spirit.

Darle Carnigie one of the best American author in one of his works wrote “most of the important things here on earth have been done by people who kept on trying while there seemed to be no hope at all” we cannot do anything unless we start. As long as we continue to hesitate to implement our ideas they will remain ideas. A lot of time we do not want to realize our dreams. One of my friends in when I was in high school used to remind me that “some dreams remain dreams and some dreams become true. I came to understand that the dream of the coward is what remains dream. But the dream of a person who have a daring spirit become reality

Positive perception (positive thoughts)

Benjamin Disrael said “ nurture great thoughts for you will never go higher than your thoughts” It is true that our lives are in most case the product of our thoughts. We draw limited conclusion to complex problems because our thinking scope is very limited. We need to do what we call thinking revolution to make sure that we widen our thinking scope. Napoleon Hill said “whatever your mind can conceive it can achieve”

Confidence

Each day, people are given several opportunities to build their confidence through uncomfortable situations, difficult conversations, and moments of stress. It is their reaction to these opportunities that determines their strength, resolve, and courage.

“ imagine how deferent your life would be if you felt more confident. Fears would be only a faint memory of days gone by. You’d know without a doubt that you could achieve whatever you set your mind to and nothing could hold you back. You’d be living the life you’ve always desired!”

They learn and obtain new ideas fast

Robert kiyosaki the writer of rich dad, poor dad wrote “ In today's fast-changing world, it's not so much what you know anymore that counts, because often what you know is old. It is how fast you learn. That skill is priceless”.

They don’t afraid to take risk.

Albert  Einstein said “ a ship is always safe at the shore-but that is not what is built for” he wanted to encourage people to take risk and not worrying by keeping their instrument without use. Tamera Alexander said “but he’d learned long ago that a life lived without risks pretty much wasn’t worth living. life rewarded courage, even when that first step was taken neck-deep in fear

To them it is always to early to quit.

Norman Vicent Peale in his writings said “ its always to early to quit” he wanted to insist people to keep trying instead of losing hope so soon.

They always dream bigger

Remember you are part of something larger than yourself. —Antony Holland, actor, 86

They enjoy in ambiguous situation

Never dwell on the negative in your life, bad things happen all the time, even in bad situations look for the good and you will fi nd it.  —Rufus Riggs

They are goal oriented

Keep your vision and keep focused. Trust in yourself and keep going toward your goal; you will get there, you might not know how, but you will.  —Dyane Lynch

They have a clear defined purpose and vision:

Fr (Dr) Anthony A D’Souza in his book titled LEADERS FOR TODAY HOPE FOR TOMORROW used Jesus as a model for leadership, he showed that Jesus in his time had a clear mission and purpose he used to say “I must proclaim the good news of the kingdom of God because for this purpose I have been sent” Luke 4:43

Jesus knew what he was doing it is the same to entrepreneur; they must know well their purpose and missions. Jesus had a vision of the reign of God. Entrepreneurs must have theirs too.

            These are few but there can be more than that I advice all of us to keep reading and discussing about entrepreneurial studies because this field is even wider. One man one time said you will remain the way you are unless for the people you meet and the books you read. Keep reading, keep listening and learning from others. Emerson said every person I meet is my superior in some ways and so I learn of him. Learning is an endless process

 THE POWER OF CONFIDENCE:

            It is true that every person in the world desire to have something more than what he or she have. A man wish to take several steps ahead. But unfortunately there are few people who reach to their wish. It is not true that all people fail to reach to their desire because of their wish but is because their wish has been corrupted. When I say their wish has been corrupted I mean that there are some circumstances which caused that person not to reach to their wish. and the big problem which cause this is lack of confidence.        Always entrepreneurs remain with their imagination like if I had something I could have done something. If I could have wings I could fly like bird.  Let us look this “ a person who discovered Aeroplane did so because he stoped imagination that if I could have ability I could fly, then he developed confidence that it is posible to fly and then started action to try to fly. it is through confidence armstrong became the first man to walk on the moon.

            Any person can define confidence as he or she sees fit. But for my purpose I will define confidence as the situation responsible to change the question CAN I ?to the statement I CAN. For this reason. I can say that confidence has the power to transform a person  from worry life to more hopeful life. It is true that some kind of people in some kind of situation do not do some kind of things they desire be cause they have some kind of worry. Due to this reason , anyone who wants to reach to his or her desire has to practice having confidence. For what I know confidence is not something inborn but can be nurtured.

            From my very definition we can learn that when we have confidence we will be able to shift from just imagination to action. Confidence is like some kind of force which push us from imagination side to action side. Many people have a lot of ideas but they worry too much to put those ideas into action. Man afraid to take risk and for that reason they remain with their imagination. They remain thinking “ if I could have something I could have done  this and that.” Sometimes people afraid to start a business because they afraid the risk of failure.

            One scholar called Johan Wolfgang Von Goethe said “ never wait ,the time will never be just right, start the war wherever you stand with whatever tool you have at your hands, better tools will be found as you go on”.  We need to have some kind of confidence to start what we think is our dreams no matter what situation we have.  Confidence will help us to fight against the word imposible.  A lot of time we fail to establish what we wish because we are conqured by the idea that it is imposible to do it.  I beleave that it is not true what we say is imposible is real imposible  but we see it to be imposible because our minds are covered by impossibilities. Impossibilities is not in the thing that we think we cannot do but it is in our brains. I can say that it is possible to get fresh fruits from the desert.  Darle carnigie said that “ most of important things here on earth have been done by people who kept on tying while there seemed to be no hope at all”.  The question come what made these people to do what they did?  The answer is simple “ the power of confidence”. Let us stop to measure our possibilities or impossibilities from our negative points of view but let us do it from our positive point of view. It is a human nature to concider much negative things more than positive, but I believe that this can be changed by developing our confidence. Let us be able to bear fruits while we are on desert, it is possible I repeat it is possible. Through confidence no weakenes can stand.

            It is true that negative does not exist, what we call negative is just the absence of positive. Let me try again in this way darkeness does not exist, what we call darkness is just the absence of light, that’s why if we put light then darknees disappear. We are able to make devises which produce light because it exist but no device to produce darknees because it does not exist. For this reason I am confident to say that worries or fear do not exist, what we call fear is just the absence of confidence. Fear has nothing to do against the power of confidence.

            At any moment in life never allow weakness to dominate strength. 

            I at one time developed a partial mathematical formula of success (the first Lulandala formula of success)  which comprise the issue of confidence. Let us look a little about this partial mathematical formula of success

            For one to succed

              Vision (V)  α  Mission (M)  ( Vision must be direct proportional to  mission)

              By removing the proportionate sign, we introduce the constant

                                                V= KV.

 K= constant, which is the faith of breakthrough and this is what I call confidence.  This is called the Lulandala,s first principle of success. The concept which I need u to get is that; when a person has vision he or she must establish performance to reach to his vision (ie missions).  But this person will win if and only if he or she has a confidence that he or she is going to win. Confidence is a treasure. Every person must learn how to build his or her confidence.

                POSITIVE PERCEPTION

The driving force toward successful entrepreneurial pursuit.

            Is true that the way we perceive things have a great effect on our day to day undertakings. Perception is what make people differ in many aspects. Decisions people make are influenced much by the power of perception.

            The way we perceive things differ from one person to another. It is hard to make all people have the same perception. But what matter is that we need to have a positive perception. There is a certain behavior which all people who have ideas of becoming entrepreneurs must have, although it may have the slightly difference from one person to another but must have some kind of similarity. This means there are some ways of perceiving things which are always expressed by many successful entrepreneurs.

            At one time in my life I was trying to figure out the reason to why other people become successful entrepreneurs and others they don’t.

            The big question came when I tried to figure out why people in developed countries are a little bit far from the developing countries. The question came, are there more opportunities in developed countries than in developing countries. May be in a fast conclusion one may say yes it is but for me I realized that it is not so.

            I came to know that there are more opportunities in developing countries than the developed countries. You may ask me why I say this but the simple and correct answer will be that in developed countries most of entrepreneurial products have already been discovered so it is somehow challenging for a person to introduce new idea.

            It is simple in developing countries because most of entrepreneurial products are not yet discovered. What makes us not to have great things is our perception. We have a lot of resources in our countries still we are poor.

            I remember our human resource management teacher told us one day that even countries with similar resources may have different level of development because of the quality of its people. It is the case then, In developing countries there are more resources but less development, this is because of the way we think. We need to have thinking revolution so as to improve the quality of people.

            Our education system does not improve perception but it makes people memorize what is already known. So we live the past life in the current world. People who are needed in the to days world are those who have a positive perception, people who can learn fast and adopt the new system of life and not just memorizing what the past said. “In the to days fast changing world it is not what you know that matters, because what you know is old. It is how fast you learn.

            We must accept that the world has changed also we need to change. Those people who can be able to go along these changes will win the battle.

            I remember one pastor gave us a certain story. Let us see it then we will be in position to get something

            He said “in a certain town there was an industry producing shoes, one day the sales manager send two people in a certain village to explore the availability of the market for the shoes. Those two went there and their report was as follows:-

            The 1^st person came and said there is no possibility of selling shoes there because people in that village they do not ware shoes, so they will not buy.

            The 2^nd person came and said am very sure that we will sell shoes there because the villagers do not have any where to get shoes so we will be the first and the monopoly sellers there and so we will get supernormal profit there.

            Looking at these two people I came to realize that we differ in thinking, I also knew that majority of we African are found in the group of the first person. We wait for the ideas which have been already established and then we copy.

            Our fellow European are different because they fall in the second group of people and so they use their time thinking how to develop new things which do not exist so as to monopolize the market.

            Anyway my main target was to talk about “positive thinking” as an important aspect of any entrepreneurial pursuit.  

            We are living in the world that need people who think positively, people who think beyond the so said to be normal. I talk about thinking in the way which shakes the world. In the way that bring newness to the business world.

            Any entrepreneur must think in the way that is beyond the way an average person thinks. Not living depending on the norms. He should not use the words “business as usual”. An entrepreneur must think positively.

            One philosopher said “nurture great thought for you will never go higher than your thought “another philosopher said “change your thought and you change the world” also people like Norman Vicent Peale preached about the “power of positive thinking” if you get the time I advise you to find this book. They encourage people to change the way they think.

            We differ much in development because we differ much in the way we think. Once we change the way we are thinking we will be in the position to introduce new ideas and making wonders in the world. We will remain the way we are unless we change the way we think.

            Sometimes our environment we live makes us to be limited with the impossibility mentality. We see many things to be impossible. Unless we change this way of thought and adopt the positive thinking way we will remain to think that, that thing is impossible to be done. We need to have thinking revolution which will widen our thinking scope.

            What we think is what makes us who we are. One person said that “say you are and so you become” if you say you can’t, you will not.

            Is true that everything is impossible unless we say it is possible. We must think positively and so everything will be possible.

            What makes the big differences between people is the way they perceive things. I may categories people in two groups the first being people with optimistic perception and those with pessimistic perception.

            Always an entrepreneur must have optimistic perception and these are those who fall under the first group in my above example of the shoe manufacturing industry. These people see opportunity where other people see chaos. These people have a confidence of breakthrough, these people are focused toward what they want, they are able to take risk and also able to introduce newness to the business world. More than all they learn faster.

            People with pessimistic perception are not confident because they are bound by the impossibility perception.

            Let us change the way we perceive and so we will change the world.

ENTREPRENEUR VS SACRIFICE.

There is the proportional relationship between entrepreneurial events and sacrifice. Before proceeding with these explanations let us see definitions of these terms.

According to concise oxford dictionary:-

·         Entrepreneur is a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.

·         Sacrifice is an act of giving up something of value for the sake of something that is of greater value or importance.

In the whole life of an entrepreneur, he or she will be surrounded by the scarcity of necessary resources for attainment of the desired goal. So due to this scarcity phenomenon, any entrepreneur must be able to give up something of value so as to get another thing which is of more value. It is true that the life of entrepreneur is all about sacrificing something of relatively low value so as to obtain something of higher value than that of the sacrificed thing. An entrepreneur will never under any circumstances avoid sacrificing.

A sacrificed thing act as a seed which will one time grow to be a fruitful tree. The more you sacrifice the more the probability of harvesting more.

      As an entrepreneur, you must be able to decide what to sacrifice and what to do using the available few resources.

      One of the vital resources I want to talk which is overlooked by majority of people especially African is TIME. Time is a scarce resource and is one of the resource which cannot be stored but can only be used or lost. I used to hear people talking about one sentence which real annoy me this is “ no hurry in Africa”. I know this is because we are always behind time and if not behind time, then we use it for things which a of no importance to a reasonable person.

What I need to insist here is that, an entrepreneur must divert his time toward the venture of his interest as a result of a sacrifice made from using that time doing things which is not constructive. A  lot of time people use time doing things which do not result to an material wealth, example sleeping, resting talking( worse enough talking about somebody, discussing agendas which do not result to any positive outcome). Means people sacrifice using time to areas whish result to material wealth and allocate their time to thing which may be just excite themselves for short time and then nothing is going on.

A good entrepreneur is the one who is a good time manager. For what I know is that we can not do wonders unless we become able to manage time and using it to the greater advantages. It is not bud if we take I little look on the developed country. People are using time effectively. People a busy doing business and that why they are able to influence the changes.

Sometimes we are like fag always follow what the wind decide. I always say that a person was born to influence that environment and not environment to influence a person. In Africa things are different. Environment tends to influence us. When Dubai think about building a mega structures we think about when we will stop using a hand hoe. This is because one time in our history we sacrificed our time doing things which didn’t result to material wealth.

For an one to be a successful entrepreneur, one has to employ his time and ability toward developing the remarkable ideas. I read one writing it was written that “ great people talk about ideas, normal people talk about things, low people talk about others” I came to conclude that, the moment we use our time doing valueless things is the moment other people use the same time to introduce new ideas to the world of knowledge. I think is better to learn how other people are busy doing their things. I was much interested the time I heard that Isack Newton in his days was busy to the extent that he sometimes forgot even his name. I do not say that we need to be such busy but what I mean is to divert our time toward something which result to the bright future.

The moment we discover the importance of using time effectively is the moment we will sart to experience the drastic development in each aspect of our life. We need some times to assign monetary value to our time. It will be a best practice if we will be able to say how much our one hour worth. So that any hour we lose we need to pay for it. I remember ion our group discussion one time there were a condition that every one must arrive before 7:00 in the morning.  Any one who will come late will be responsible for paying breakfast for all members. It was a condition established to make people come early to the discussion.

I hope this can be used after assigning value for each hour we can be paying for each hour we lose by doing things which are not in the timetable of that particular day. A lot of time we do not consider our time. Our time is like abundant resource so we do not see the importance of preserving it.

15 IDEA STOPPERS AN ENTREPRENEUR SHOULD KNOW

It is clearly known that initiating a new idea is not a simple process. Sometimes an entrepreneur is faced by stepping stones which if not through the power of confidence and faith of breakthrough an entrepreneur can lose hope.  One of among the thing which can cause an entrepreneur fail to meet his goals is adhering to negative ideologies  i.e.  idea stoppers.

When an entrepreneur adhere to these idea stoppers they build the mentality that, what he thinks is impossible to do. The best solution to this is by understanding these idea stoppers and trying to abate them.

Some people may try to discourage you due to reasons like jealous or because of negative mentality they have. they may talk and induce ideas which tends to discourage you. Inorder to avoid this you must know how to overcome.

In this session i will introduce 15 idea stoppers which an entrepreneur should know and try to avoid. Here we go……………

1.      “Naah.”

(People tend to reject when you give suggestion to your ideas. You must be very careful if you believe that your idea is positive don’t adhere to this, just do it no matter how many reject your idea.)

2.      “Can’t” (said with a shake of the head and an air of finality).

(They will show that what you want to do is impossible. But you should understand that you can do anything you want to do. I remember our lecture Dr Magigi used to encourage us by saying that” It is just a matter of hardworking, commitment and not losing hope”)

3.      “That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.”

4.      “Yeah, but if you did that . . .” (poses an extreme or unlikely disaster case).

(They show that may be your idea will not work, so as to make you discouraged to do what you truly hope to do. Do not accept that)

5.      “We already tried that – years ago.”  

(their aim is to show that because they failed, you will fail also. You must know that their failures are not yours. So as entrepreneur you can enjoy in tough environment. Don’t listen this do your things.)

6.      “We’ve done all right so far; why do we need that?”

7.      “I don’t see anything wrong with the way we’re doing it now.”

(If you accept this idea stopper you will not influence changes in your operations)

8.      “That doesn’t sound too practical.”

9. “We’ve never done anything like that before.”
10. “Let’s get back to reality.”

(It means what you suggest cannot be done in real sense, a thing which is not true always)

11. “We’ve got deadlines to meet – we don’t have time to consider that.”
12. It’s not in the budget.”
13. “Are you kidding?”

(you can sometimes have a very good idea but people around you can see you like you are not serious. So keep moving don’t be discouraged)

14. “Let’s not go off on a tangent.”
15. Where do you get these weird ideas?”

•      In most cases these form of ideas discourage the entrepreneur to put a certain idea into action because they induce the impossibility mentality to the entrepreneur.

•      They also restrict adaptation of new way of conducting business, entrepreneur may be subjected to the old fashioned way of conducting business because these ideas in most cases restrict new ideas which might be more effective

•      An entrepreneur must have the vision to recognize opportunity where others see chaos, contradiction, and confusion.

•      He or she must be a courageous person who no matter how the situation is, but he will keep focused to put his idea into reality. No matter what they talk, no matter how they discourage you.

•      Darle Carnigie said “most important things here on earth have been done by people who were kept on trying while there seemed to be no hope at all.

•      We learn through mistake, do it, then improve it if you see it is not working. Don’t assimilate pessimistic ideas be optimistic.

•      Remember there are three words which can build an empire

1.hard working

2.destination

3.discipline

             WHO NEEDS TO ACHIEVE  MUST KNOW THIS

For long time I have been asking myself about what drive our decision and actions respectively. You may wonder why worrying about the truth behind this. But it is nothing but the importance of decisions and actions.

                I clearly understand the fundamentals of decision that it is like door for action. Any action is a product of decision made by ourselves.

It is true that at any time our actions are pure products of our own decisions.

                This is why I have decided to find out the truth behind this.

I know being entrepreneur is a decision all events which accompany an entrepreneur are products of their own decision.

                If decision is not clearly made, entrepreneur will face continuous fall. For any entrepreneur who needs to achieve must be able to make positive decision. One thing we must know is that any decision is derived from competing ideas. When we have two or more ideas which compete is where we need to make decision about what to take and what to leave.

                Example if you have 10,000 then you have got two ideas

1.       Using it for leisure

2.       Investing in your business

These ideas always competes each other, but one must win the battle.

                The important thing is that always the idea which wins is the one which motivate your character (which fills your mind, which you love the most). If you have motives to be entrepreneur then you will select the second, and if you are motivated by leisure, then you will select the first.

                From that example I came up with the conclusion that our decisions and actions are derived from our thoughts.

                In this context, anyone who needs to achieve must make sure that he or she set his mind to think in the way that is attached directly to his or her desire.

                If you are an entrepreneur, you need to divert your most of the time being covered by the entrepreneurial atmosphere. This will help your decisions to be derived from entrepreneurial field.

                You need to set your mode of operation (MO= modus operandi), to base on the entrepreneurial world. Think like entrepreneur, act like entrepreneur this will make you be attached to the entrepreneurial opportunities. This will give you allot of importance because even your many friends will be those who5 you share the common idea. One philosopher said that at any point of time we become the average of five people we used to be close to, so make sure that even your influential friends are those who you share the common aim. I do not say that you are to segregate other friends, no ! no! no but i say that make sure that those friends who can influence your attitude are those who share a common vision.

                At one time I developed the principle called PI, PD &PA

PI= positive ideas (derived from positive thoughts)

PD=positive decision ( it depends on what you truly love, what govern your thoughts)

PA= positive actions (this is the function of the positive decision)

So at any point of time any one must consider these, if is an entrepreneur let him or her develop positive ideas, decision and actions which relate to his or her field (ie entrepreneurial atmosphere).

                Norman Vicent Peale in his book power of courage and confidence wrote “to the large extent our lives are made by our thoughts and ideas. We become finally what we think.

                Also Benjamin Disraeli said “nurture great thoughts for you will never go higher than your thoughts”.

                So we see that thought are the foundation of our lives, one man said “thoughts are things”.  Because any material thing result from thoughts.

                This means that if we need to achieve we must first be transformed from within, it means our thoughts must be set in such a way that make our actions to be positive.

                We are the product of our thoughts and every material thing started by the thought (idea) we see computers, railways, airports………these all started by just thoughts. Means at one time one man had one thought about having a certain thing. After developing idea is where what we see today was made.

                We could not have been able to fly with aero plane today if nobody had thoughts about doing so. Let us develop positive thoughts which will help us to reach to our targets.

THE IMPLICATION OF START SMALL NOTION IN REAL LIFE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

 Most of people know that entrepreneurship is all about owning and controlling large businesses but it’s a mythical (wrong belief) since even those owners of large business originated from small businesses. That is why people who are in need of owning their businesses or engaging themselves in entrepreneurship activities are advised to start small meaning that as you start small you will be gaining more knowledge on business management, competence in business through facing various business challenges that will make you capable of handling different risks and uncertainties associated with your business. However this notion of start small in business can lead   into your success if you have specific business plans consisting of vision and objectives dedicated to development of your business, unless to this many business may find themselves not growing in business, the vivid example are Hawkins (street vendors) who use a lot of time and effort seeking for money unfortunately most of them do not succeed in their business.....................................................................
