We are Johnson Gordian and Benami Faustine pursuing Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Entrepreneurship (BA-ME) .
       We have gained much from Moshi University College of Cooperative and Business Studies ( MUCCoBS) knowledge on Entrepreneurship to the extent  that we have decided to devote ourselves in Entrepreneurship  careers. We have discovered a new valuable way of improving Entrepreneurship in Tanzanian Competitive Economy that is subjected to global  changing economic environment and this has resulted to the birth of Benachiko Entrepreneurship Connection (BEC) unit with the following core objectives:
                          Objectives of Benachiko Entrepreneurship Connection (BEC)
  • ·         To provide a venue for Entrepreneurs to share and discuss various challenges associated with Entrepreneurship.
  • ·         To provide a chance for young Entrepreneurs to access the Entrepreneurial knowledge.
  • ·         To motivate and encourage young graduates to engage themselves in Entrepreneurship as areas of  their employments.
  • ·         To sparkle and spread the Entrepreneurial education as the means of poverty alleviation in the community.
  • ·         To act as a link between internal and external world of Entrepreneurship.


                          VISION

  • BEC vision is to become a leading and vibrant Entrepreneurship Development organization by creating a wide scope on how to identify and exploit the available social-economic opportunities through integrating and analyzing of the prevailing business environment as well as delivering client centered services through employing expertise professionals.                                                                             
    MISSION
    BEC intends to:
    §  Plant the spirit of social-economic self reliance among its clients
    §  Work collaboratively under high relationship with its stakeholders and clients
    §   Deliver typical entrepreneurial advisory and technical supporting services to its clients. 


In fulfilling its vision Benachiko Entrepreneurship Connection (BEC) have succeeded to organize the process of finding ambassadors from different universities in Tanzania .We are still inviting other ambassadors from within and outside the country to join us. And these are our ambassadors


 We founders of Benachiko Entrepreneurship Connection  (BEC) are bounded with various success dreams among of them are to gain the highest edge in Entrepreneurship, to acquire high personal financial status and to impact positively in fostering entrepreneurship development in the community. Since this idea will be driven in the competitive environment therefore we are in need of close collaboration from various stake holders who are thought to be our key success factor in all processes of making this valuable idea a reality.

    Tunatarajia kupanua timu hii kadri iwezekanavyo ili tuweze kuwafikia watanzania walio wengi na kuweza kuelimishana juu ya mambo mengi ya husuyo ajira binafisi kwaajiri ya maendeleo ya jamii yetu ya kitanzania ambayo inasemekana kubaki nyuma sana katika kufikiri juu ya mambo yahusuyo fedha na uchumi ambavyo vinaendesha mifumo yote ya maisha ya mwanadamu.
