          Almost all countries and individuals all over the world are looking for the best ways to improve their economies given their available scarce resources but few countries  have succeeded this including  those which are said to be developed countries, but reaching at the level that they have  was not a simple process to them.

From the experience, we can say that always economic and social developments are fostered by professionals who are positive minded that can think positively in their day to day undertakings while believing that they can bring changes in various aspects of life.

But these professionals cannot lead to changes on their own without collaboration and that is why even in business we have partnerships and joint ventures that always intends to bring great success in the businesses. It is this in mind plus the current situation in the country that Benachiko Entrepreneurship Connection (BEC) is looking forward to introduce to you a Professional Networking System (PNS) that intends to create a link between various professionals from different backgrounds particularly students in universities and colleges and those out of schools that can be either employed themselves or employed in various organizations. And the following are the objectives, vision, and expected outputs of the system.

•     To help member students identify the employment challenges while developing their future careers
•    To ensure various social and economic discussions among the two sides (sharing of ideas)

                                     EXPECTED OUTPUTS

•   Organizations will be able to get competent workers  by accessing their academic qualifications and contacts      through the internet.
•    Member students will get exposure on various issues    related to employment market.
•    Reduced costs in the whole processes of creating new  employments to both students and organizations.
•      Critical business problems will be solved through member  and non-member blog comments and face to face discussions.

   The following but no limited  are professionals in the system that are competent enough to solve problems of one another in both academic,economic and social field of life.

MAKALA YA UJASIRIAMALI YALIYOANDIKWA NA WANAFUNZI WA MASOKO NA UJASIRIAMALI MUCCoBS

              Ni kitu cha kujivunia katika jamii yetu ya kitanzania kuwa na taasisi mbalimbali zinazotoa mchango mkubwa katika kukuza ujasiriamali wa ndani zikiwemo zile zinazotoa mikopo nafuu kwaajiri  ya wajasiriamali wadogo taasisi za aina hii ni pamoja na SACCoS, FINCA, Na nyinginezo , lakini pia zipo nyingine zinazotoa misaada katika kusaidia kuwezesha miradi mikubwa ya ujasiriamali katika nchi yetu ya Tanzania kama vile taasisi zisizo za kiserikali (NGO’s) mfano Trias, na BESTAC  lakini pia zipo taasisi za kiserikali zinazo toa mchango mkubwa  katika suala zima la kuendeleza na kukuza ujasiriamali kama vile SIDO, TEMDO, TCCIA na nyinginezo.

Nijukumu la kila mwanajamii kuutambua mchango wa shughuli za ujasiriamali katika kuinua hali ya uchumi wa nchi yetu Tanzania kwani hii ndo secta pekee inayotoa ajira kwa wananchi katika kiwango kikubwa ukilinganisha na nyingine.

Sisi kama wasomi wa elimu ya juu tukichukua shahada ya masoko na ujasiriamali katika chuo kikuu cha ushirika na biashara Moshi, tungependa kuutambua mchango mkubwa  inaoutoa serikali yetu katika kuukuza ujasiriamali wa ndani,hii ni kwakuwa tumekuwa tikiona vyuo vinavyotoa elimu ya ujasiriamali katika ngazi mbalimbali za elimu na ndo maana mpaka sasa tuko katika chuo cha ushirika na biashara tukichukua elimu ya biashara.

Hatutakuwa tumetenda haki endapo tutazisahau taasisi au makampuni binafsi yanayotoa elimu ya ujasiriamali na ushauri wa kibiashara kwa lugha ya kigeni tunaziita Management consultant firms mfano: East Africa Productive Trainers (EAPTRAINERS), Beatruth Ltd, Multlevel Business Solution (MBS) ,nanyinginezo,taasisi hizi huchangia katika kiwango kikubwa kukuza fikra za watu wengi katika maswala yote yahusuyo fedha na uchumi hii ni kwakuwa hata sisi huku chuoni tunazitegemea sana huduma zao kwasababu kupitia wao tunapata kujua nijinsi gani mtu anaweza kujiajiri mwenyewe bila kutegemea kuajiriwa kama sehemu pekee ya ajira yake, lakini pia tunapata fursa ya kuhamasishwa kujikita katika ujasiriamali pale tunapoonyeshwa mafanikio wanayopata wajasiriamali licha ya changamoto nyingi zinazowakumba.

Tunawasihi sana watanzania wenzetu tupende ujasiriamali kwa ajiri ya ukombozi wa hali ya kiuchumi ya nchi yetu na kwa maendeleo ya watanzania kwaujumla

THE BENACHIKO ENTREPRENEURSHIP CONNECTION EXECUTIVE WAS INVITED IN SUNRISE RADIO.

The Directors of (BEC) are putting their ideas into practical and highly to attain their Mission and Vision. In attaining those strategies on 22^nd June 2013 (BEC) directors were invited  by Mr.Beatus Mling Executive Director of Beatruth Limited to present the lesson  in the Radio which aired out by Sunrise Radio at Arusha City. This is the step among of other steps in the way to spread the Entrepreneurial Education in the community, the discussion was targeted on how to prepare sound business mission and vision statements when starting a business.

 Where by a Vision statement is the single or two lines statement that explains where the business will be in a specific period of time. For example BEC’S vision to create a wide scope on how to exploit the available opportunities within five years to come.

Mission statement is a statement that shows the activities and conducts that will be carried out in the business so as to attain the business vision.

OUR BLOG AMBASSADORS FROM DIFFERENT UNIVERSITIES IN TANZANIA

In fulfilling its vision Benachiko Entrepreneurship Connection (BEC) have succeeded to organize the process of finding ambassadors from different universities in Tanzania .We are still inviting other ambassadors from within and outside the country to join us so that we may have extended ideas on various issues related to career development and  creating the wide connections among the upcoming young entrepreneurs who are essentially graduating from universities.
